This firm is incredibly disappointing. I hired them to handle my teenage daughter’s automotive accident case, and the results were underwhelming. Despite her injuries, missed school, and my own missed work, they secured only the bare minimum—less than $2,000—for her as a passenger in the vehicle. It took them months to even communicate this outcome. Then, just two days before Christmas, I received a text stating there was less than $250 left from her claim. Weeks later, that $250 still hasn’t arrived. Wire transfers are typically instant, yet we’re still waiting. Unfortunately, this experience reinforces the stereotype that lawyers prioritize their interests over their clients. It’s disheartening but not surprising.

Update: I’ve updated the stars due to the timely response to my complaint and the quick issuing of my refund in full. Thank you! Originally Review: I paid the initial consultation fee $395, met with the lawyer (Mr. Lewis, by phone), after which I received no communication. I follow up asking for status and decision if they intended to take my case or not. I tried to give them space and follow up in between but was told they would look over my case and let me know. To date, Mr. Lewis has not called back with a final decision or any status. I do plan on requesting my refund as, I did my part and they did not. To charge someone a fee and take months to respond and end up not responding at all is unprofessional and shady. At this moment I am moving forward and just want my money back. Especially seeing how it’s been over 90 days.

During my divorce case I was misrepresented by the INEXPERIENCE and INCOMPETENCE of my counselor Esther Coleman who arrived late everytime to my court appointments. ALWAYS UNPREPARED, she didn't know how to respond back to the judge in the court room nor the opposing counselor representing my ex-wife. I paid a lot of money to this firm to filed my divorce case and I didn't accomplish anything thanks to the poor service and incompetent people this firm assigned to my case.
