Ashcraft & Gerel represented me after I was involved in an automobile accident while driving in Baltimore County, MD. While wondering what to do and who would best represent my interest this law firm was recommended to me. Everyone I spoke to at the firm was very helpful, caring and compassionate. My representation was very efficient, professional and thorough. The attorneys were easy to contact and listened to me with a very carrying attitude. Deanna Fields, a para-legal at the firm, followed up to make sure that I had completed all necessary documents and also followed my case. I am very satisfied with the results and I highly recommend this firm.

I am very impressed the way Stephen M. Gensemer and Dee Fields walked me thru everything from day one. They keep me updated with everything that was going on with my accident case for 4 years . I did not have to worry about what they were doing about my case they had it all under control. That allowed me to stay focus on getting the proper medical and treatments to get better. When ever I called the staff handled my calls professionally every time . They made me feel like a person that was cared for and special. I was injured on the job in July of 2013. On the advice of a friend, I contacted Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP., and was paired up with Michael Lind. I'll admit when I first met Mr. Lind, I was a bit skeptical, as he was extremely young, but over the course of the next several years, he proved himself more than capable. As both my personal injury and the product liability cases moved through the process, I was amazed at the amount of information Mr. Lind gathered. At one point, Mr. Lind decided to strike out on his own, first, in a partnership, then, in his own law firm. I was given the option of staying with Ashcraft & Gerel, or following Mr. Lind to the conclusion of my litigation. Having observed the drive and compassion he showed, time and again, I elected to stay with him. As I saw over the next few months, Mr. Lind acquired quite a few new clients, but every time he and I spoke, there was never a let down in his attention to my case. With all of his other clients, and their needs, the issues with running his own law firm, he kept driving forward with my claim. From start to finish, Mr. Lind never skipped a beat. By the time my case reached it's conclusion almost 7 years later, the attorney/client relationship had grown into a friendship, he ceased to be Mr. Lind. Mike and I have become friends. HORRIBLE experience with Ashcraft and Gerel. Attorneys were dishonest, rude and incompetent. Did not provide proper representation for personal injury case. Sat on my case for 5 years while being shuffled from attorney to attorney. It’s a shame they don’t care about their clients. Please take your business elsewhere. Nathan Peak was the worst of the 3 attorneys I was assigned.
