A very unprofessional firm. I have been trying to get to speak to my attorney (who I have no idea who is, because they just keep changing them,) for over a month to ask a question about my case and still no response. I scheduled three times a phone appointment with the paralegal and the three times there I never got a call. When I called, they said that they were behind or the paralegal was sick, but no one had the courtesy of calling me and letting me know that something had come up and the appointment needed to be reschedule. I took time from my work to take the schedule called the three times for nothing. When I finally got in touch with the paralegal, she said that was a question for the attorney. I scheduled the appointment, it was a month later. Same thing took time off to be available for the call, no one called me, not even to say that they were going to have to reschedule. Finally an attorney called me, and first could not really answer my question, and she was more concerned that the fees I payed were too cheap and that those are not the prices they charge (I did my contract 4 years ago), she asked me to send the contract so she can verify that those were the correct fees, but didn't answer my question, that was over a week ago and I am still waiting. I definitely not recommend it. I completely understand I am not the only client, but they should be able to communicate with clients in an reasonable time and be knowledgable to answer questions. They are never able to give in person appointments.
