I would like to thank everyone from Mr Bederman who is awesome at replying emails in a speedy manner, to Chris who came to my office in March 2020 and did my intake, Simba, Jason Fernandez, Joyce, and Anne. I got the best quality service all through this process. They were very respectful and courteous. I was impressed when Mr Fernandez told me my case was worth more than my insurance was offering and encouraged me to take it to court. I didn’t want to drag it on and opted to take the settlement. Called in 2020, with regard to a botched surgery that took place in 2019 to fix an injury that had occurred in 2009. Promptly received an email explaining that they couldn't take me on because the case was subject to statute of limitations. Uh, on a surgery that had taken place 6 months earlier? Whoever reviewed my correspondence saw the "2009" and kept it moving. Who would want to hire a law firm that skims your request for representation and rejects you mistakenly, anyway? Further correspondence from me was completely ignored. I was referred by a personal contact, too. Extremely disappointing.
