From the moment I contacted Greenberg & Bederman the day of my accident from the hospital they were very quick in getting all of the details of my accident and very professional throughout the entire process. On days when I wanted any updates I was able to email and I received a response almost immediately. They were very clear when explaining what was happening in my case.

The communication with my lawyers and their legal assistant was very disappointing. I saw a review on Jason Fernandez and I also had him. He made the same amount as me and he wasn’t very helpful either just like his legal assistant Joyce. My bill from my accident went into collections ruining my credit. Greenberg & Bederman took no accountability or even apologies for this happening. Legal assistant Joyce told me I can pick up my settlement check from their office now she says I can’t when I showed her the messages she wrote she had NO response. Andrew Bederman himself contacted me and threatened me to take my review down or he will not help me or give me MY check. I took the first review down because I needed this money especially in this economy/pandemic but he was very sarcastic saying I can come get the check at their office since “I really want the check so bad” Ofcourse I want something that I deserve! I deserve way more than what they gave me and it’s such a shame. Do your job correctly that’s all I’m asking. If you make a mistake OWN it but don’t treat people like they are the problem and have all these issues. I’m upset with the way this office responds to me more than them making mistakes. I have messages and paperwork to show that! Lucky for them I can’t post it here but if I could I would show all the messages. Would not recommend this place!!!

We had an extremely successful experience with Greenberg & Bederman. Ultimately, we recovered significantly more money than expected (about ten times as much). The office was so easy to work with - very efficient, professional, and kind. More details below. - - - My husband and I retained Greenberg & Bederman to represent us after a car accident in which we were injured and our car totaled. My husband and I are lawyers ourselves, but we needed an expert, because the car accident was in Connecticut, but both drivers were from New York. I am so glad we didn’t even attempt this on our own - we could never have gotten the results Mr. Bederman got. The accident itself was extremely traumatic, but Mr. Bederman was so gentle and did the work of collecting medical records and bills so as to not further traumatize us. True expert in the law, Mr. Bederman is extremely seasoned and well connected. He of course knew a top attorney in Connecticut to help understand the finer points of Connecticut law, which ended up being extremely advantageous. Every phone call was promptly returned, the office is extremely responsive and professional, and we were very well cared for. All in, we recovered about 10x what we expected. We are forever grateful to Greenberg & Bederman.

My wife and I were in a motor vehicle collision. We were struck by a driver who sped through a red light and T-Boned our truck. Kinetic energy is not your friend, don't underestimate how badly you can be hurt and don't self diagnose. My wife was transport but I stayed behind to be sure the other driver was sited for running the light. Things happened fast, adrenaline caries you, so I didn't seek treatment right away. But, over a few weeks, symptoms developed that needed care. It was about that time we decided to call Andy Bederman. He spoke to us personally and scheduled an interview at his office. His team did a very thorough reacp of the accident and what treatment we had to date. From the start and through the entire process, his firm was concerned about our care and not a rush to a settlement. As it turned out, I suffered two badly damaged discs in my C spine. It took nearly six months to diagnose the full extent of my injuries. At this point we knew if we underestimated our injuries or hadn't sought an attorney we would be at a disadvantage in dealing with the insurance companies. As treatment turned into a surgery, Andy kept in touch, called on the weekends and made sure we knew he was there. Who does that? As we moved through the settlement process he was very realistic about the time it takes. Insurance companies are not quick to make payments even when their customer is at fault. However, every milestone in the process that was laid out for us happened on time. I would say to anyone who is in a collision, get an attorney. What I would say to anyone who will listen, especially anyone I care about is call Andy Bederman.

This is my second time, Bederman never represent me, I have been giving Jason Fernandez, he’s a rookie and never comes through for me, my last case, he represented me and they made more then I did on my last case, they never put in the work and they charged me 40% plus a $150.00 USD too, please seek counsel else where.
