My review is specifically related to the negotiations that Greenberg and Bederman’s attorney Ashton conducted on my behalf. I was physically hurt and in terrible pain after my car accidents in 2017 as well as frustrated and upset that my car (and only method of transportation) was totaled due to another driver. After months of therapy and frustrations, I was able to get parts of my life back in order. During the negotiations, the insurance companies tried to downplay everything related to my treatment and didn’t want to make any payments. What frustrated me even more was that everyone involved was poised to walk away with some type of compensation from those accidents except me! I would be left with the expense of the medical bills. I voiced my concerns regarding the insurance company’s offer and that I was not going to settle, so Ashton went back to the negotiations table for me. She was able to get my medical balances reduced. The amount they offered would now pay off those balances. She also reduced some of my attorney fees so that in the end I would get some kind of compensation for my pain and suffering. It took a long time but I am grateful for her determination to “correct the wrong” and help where she could. Much appreciated!

My mom had a case with Greenberg and Bederman. She swears by this firm. All she does is sing them praises, and when she sees the commercials, she talks about her case and Andy Bederman every time. She tries to refer everyone there even if it is a criminal case lol. So after this last time of her singing praises, I thought I would leave a review for her since she doesn’t use the internet well. Thanks guys, she loves yal!

I had a small accident and I called the firm to handle it for me. This was my first accident and I had no clue how to proceed. The lawyer advised me to handle it on my own since I wasn’t really hurt. They said that they didn’t want to make me have legal fees if they weren’t needed for my accident. Then, they went the extra mile and gave me some advice on HOW to handle it on my own. I was grateful because it is information I wouldn’t have had the knowledge other wise. I didn’t receive a big settlement from the insurance company, but thanks to the consultation and honesty of the attorney, I knew why, and I was fine with that. They could have been greedy and still took my case and money. They have great ethics and moral standing and I will recommend them to all my family and friends!

I got hurt at work and wanted to file suit against my job. I called Greenberg and Bederman steaming mad. I spoke with someone, and she was able to calm me down about the situation and explained to me about how I should proceed through worker’s compensation and actually took the time to refer me to another attorney who could more help my situation. I just thank God because she didn’t have to do that because I know most lawyers like to keep it all for themselves. I am thankful for the kindness of this firm. I highly recommend them.
