I called when I got hurt at an amusement park. The firm advised me that they would not take my case, however, what left a lasting thought is that they did not just dismiss me because they couldn’t take the case. They stayed on the phone and advised me of the situation, and the law surrounding it, and how that applied to my situation. I felt like I was well informed after the conversation and understood better. I will definitely keep them in mind for any accidents that I come across because even if they can’t help me for this one, they have shown me that they are knowledgeable on the law and how to handle situations accordingly!
