This law firm is high-performance and civic minded. If you are able to retain them you will be in good hands. I know. As a former client I was amazed at Andy and Roger's availability, know-how, and follow-up. Andy Bederman is a joy to work with and doesn't waste anyone's time. He could be teaching at some prestigious law school but instead he's in the trenches battling and winning cases for the common folk who need a trusted advocate.

So 2016 wasnt my year, I had alot of sadness this year but with all that I was bless to meet new family. Greenberg & Beberman treated me with alot of love , had my back when I need them and never left me in the clouds. So with all that being said I like to give thumbs up for all the hard work. This law office is not dedicated to helping no one I'm a client of Greenberg and Bederman I get the run around about my Case my lawyer she quit the firm in June and didn't tell me anything they gave my case to another lawyer Eric Griener who was very unprofessional didn't no anything about my case then he called my home with the nastiest and rudest attitude I will never deal with Greenberg and Bederman again when you ask for a supervised you get disrespected by the lawyers so thank you for not being my lawyer I'm happy with the firm I found so if anyone reading this don't believe all the hype with there commercials and what you read on th3 internet I speak the truth about my situation been with this firm for 2 years did all the leg work and still no respect they seriously need to check who they hire into there company.I'm not a happy customer of Greenberg and Bederman

Greenberg & Bederman is more than just a firm of attorneys, it's a place where passion for the rights of clients are rigorously pursued and the requirements of the justice system are fulfilled. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am VERY DISSATISFIED with this "Law Firm" let's start from the beginning. In November 2015 i was denied social security. In January 2016 i had appealed my case on my own. I did all the work already. I know a lot of customers complained on reviews & I know that someone is always going to be negative about something. I didn't let that determine my decision. I felt well maybe it would better for someone like myself. However, despite negative reviews. I retained them as my legal reps anyways, again thinking I would have a better experience with them. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. I should've really paid more attention to customers comments. I'm a Cancer patient & in March 2016 I decide to retain this firm to assist me with my Social Security claim. It turned out to be a NIGHTMARE!!!! Since then I spoke to the attorney twice & was arguing with me about the charges. Trying to justify it!! The paralegal there seems to be lost & uninformed about any updates regarding my case, she rarely returned any of my calls. After leaving message after messages. I decide to call SSA to get any updated information. I was provided with updated information immediately. I constantly kept calling the firm to question why was I never made aware that my case was approved for disability. The paralegal stated that she followed up about 1mth ago & that it was pending. That's understandable but then the status changed which in fact was no longer on the pending status a few weeks ago. She then stated several times that i would call that she was waiting for SSA to call her back. This went on for a few days. SSA called me & gave me an appt to come in. I called Greenberg & Bederman to ask if they can advise me on anything for my appt. They NEVER called me back! I left them another message with the intake rep. No phone call no follow up. The only thing they've done this far was fax paperwork over to the incorrect departments of social security mind you, made a few phone calls the same day i called SSA & i got through to them but that they claimed they didn't haven't heard back from SSA till this day. My Social Security was recently appoved because of their determination based on my health & doctor's documents not because the attorney nor the paralegal fought on my behalf. There was nothing to fight. Now the firm wants to charge me 25% of my retro active from November 2015 which comes out to $1400 for services they NEVER even provided to me nor were they my legal reps back then. They NEVER had to fight for me or my case. Charging me for phone calls & faxes??? REALLY??? I'm outraged & disgusted how this firm can get free money for little to no work!!!! I would NEVER recommend this firm to ANYONE!!!!! Especially, if you yourself have done most or all of the work!!!!! I've complained twice & no one has even had the respect nor the courtesy to address my concerns!!!!

I tried to get help from the company and I learned that they only help you if you have never received Social Security, not if you are trying to get back on Social Security.

I called with a case against the board of education. They were already admitting fault. I was served with an interpleader, so I need someone to respond on behalf of my son. The intake specialist asked if my son is still suffering with injuries. Once I said no he is fully recovered, she says "we can't take this case there's no malpractice or ongoing injury." Stunned I say, " just to be clear your saying because he was not mortally wounded or something along those lines you can't take the case?" I expounded on the fact that he was burned and entitled to pain and suffering. She agreed. So I say, "you agree he has a claim its just that this case just isn't big enough for your firm?" The response was yes! So if you have a case where fault is ADMITTED and you can get awarded money to help your child start college if the case isn't enough to but THERE children thru college this firm can't be bothered!
