Billing oversight and lack of responsiveness
“Recently (more than a year after my case closed and the final bill was settled), they sent me a bill for filing fees that dated back to TWO YEARS ago with Ms. Kollecas' note: 'My apologies for the late bill, our office had omitted the out of pocket filing fees.' When I inquired further, Mr. Azari responded, stating 'for some reason it was not billed to you.' I expressed my concerns and requested that they resolve the fees internally since the very late bill was due to their own office's billing oversight (on top of all their other errors I'd had to deal with), but they never responded.”
