I hired Mackenzie Sherman to create an Affiliate agreement to do business with another business. I was not sure what protection and language I needed to protect my business for this type of business arrangement. Mackenzie was phenomenal in walking me thru the process and providing her expertise in a way that addressed my concerns and set up an air tight contract.
