Met Mr Gaines on June 25th, provided what they needed and have not heard from his office since, today is Auguest 1st .I've called 3 times to no avail I have not received a call back with any updates its unfortunate that a courtesy phone call to say we will not be proceeding with your case would have been appropriate. I'm sure if my foot had been hanging off I may have been contacted.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mr. Gaines! He was deligent, professional and put me at ease, which is hard to do since I’m a recent college graduate. When everything else in my life was stressing me out, he made sure my case didn’t. Definitely would recommend and return!

Very slow unprofessional. After months and months no response on questions and always blames the staff. Now six months after the bad two plus years experience I hear that they never paid my medical one third of the money from the settlement they kept. Letter from medical company says they have been trying to get the money for months with no response from Gaines. Totally outraged. Do not recommend at all!!!!!!
