I went here to be there for a friend who has mental disorders and dealing with estate issues with his mother death and he confused by entire process with his sister as estate executor. I was surprised with how professional, understanding and polite Karen was toward my friend even though he was like two hours late and kind of a messed. She answered his questions and explained the entire process better to him and made him much more comfortable.
