In previous experiences, I gave very little thought to which title company we used. What a mistake. Jessica and her team were communicative, proactive and truly went above and beyond for our closing. They kindly sent staff to our house at 7:30 pm to accommodate our busy schedules and travel. Her fees were the best of the several we reviewed and her service was top notch. I would use Blue Note Title again without hesitation and I would enthusiastically endorse Blue Note for others.

Jessica and her team were exceptional to work with. Her company was highly recommended by my realtor. I am a first-time homebuyer and Blue Note Title was friendly, courteous, and extremely responsive. The close itself was organized and fast, with Jessica solving problems (not caused by her) on the spot. We worked with Blue Note for a refinance, so it was less intensive of a process than a home purchase, but their service was no less attentive or professional. Jessica and her team were extremely responsive and we had a very clear sense that they were looking out for us. I would highly recommend their services.

I was looking specifically for a woman-owned title company because I had poor experiences with male lenders talking down to me about my finances. The entire team at Blue Note Title made me feel comfortable throughout the homebuying process. When I met with Jessica in-person at closing, she explained why I was signing each document and how I am protecting myself as a homebuyer. Her team did a great job coordinating with my lender, also woman-led, and the moving parts related to the financing of my down payment.
