I was referred to this Law firm by a family member. They told me Neil was really good. I always have to do my own research. OF COURSE, I came to Google. Just to see the thorough reviews, sold me. From the VERY beginning, communication has been A1. Even through out the time we were being treated, the staff called to check on us. When it was time to come to the table with the insurance company, Neil called me himself to explain EVERYTHING thoroughly so that I as the client understood how the process worked.
