Thank you so much for making this a smooth and easy process! Jeff was awesome! He told me to focus on getting better and to make sure I complete all physical therapy and other treatments after being injured in a car accident. Being told to focus on getting better instead of focusing on all the hard stuff for this journey was such a relief and I appreciate RMP for that! Will definitely recommend!

It was great from start to finish

In 2018 I was in an auto accident that left me extremely hurt. At that time, my case was under another firm. Due to the nature of the situation, I needed to seek other counsel on my own. The firm could not handle. I was recommended to Rice by a family member since he had worked on a case with them, and it was a great outcome. Meeting Rice for the first time was a breath of fresh air. He took his time to explain my case in full detail and what I was up against. At that time, due to the nature of my case, he could not assist. Rice made sure to give me recommendations of who could help. Fast forward, I ended up using Rice to represent me in court, and once more information came out, he could assist me with the case and its entirety. His paralegal was nice and accommodating, helping me transition to their firm. I parted ways with my previous lawyer due to the stress I endured. I was now in good hands and was able to relax. Eric then took over my case, and I was nervous because I was now comfortable with Rice. However, Eric has been a lifesaver for me; he is an expert at what he does. I could not express how appreciative I am of him for handling my case. My case was complicated, and in addition to recovering from surgery and my injuries, I was still a little stressed about the aftermath. Eric made sure he walked me through everything in a manner that I could understand. If there was a problem, he had a solution. Eric would call or email to let me know updates or if I needed to know anything. I always felt heard, and my views and decisions were considered and acknowledged. I did not have to call any medical providers or speak to them directly unless it was a check-up on my wounds. To have that sense of relief truly helps when going through a recovery. I, unfortunately, got into another accident three years later. I went back to Eric, and he was swift, asked me a few questions, I filled out paperwork, and he took care of everything from there. Each time I felt fully compensated for the payout of both cases. I did not have to go through a trial. It is great to have a lawyer who is passionate about what they do. Finding a lawyer who advocates for you and is Best at what he does, I couldn't ask for anything more. I recommend this firm 110% to anyone. Not once were any of the staff condescending, and I felt welcomed, wanted, and respected. I truly appreciate all that Eric has done to make this horrible situation have better results.
