Great experience with this team! I was very stressed to evict inherited tenants that did not want to accept terms I was offering. Justin and the team were able to process the eviction in a timely manner and very affordable in my opinion. I will definitely be using their services again if needed and recommend them to my colleagues in the future.

Him and his team are remarkable. A friend gave a reference to this lawyer who was very shady. They did not do a thorough job nor did they follow up with anyone. Mr Wallace and his team made me feel cared about, comfortable, were so professional and helped me along step by step in this tedious process. I appreciated he and his team communicating in various ways with me and keeping updated ,I'm hearing impaired, they were so patient explaining everything, and making sure we fought through this to the end. He let me know all the options and what in his expert opinion may work better for me but left the choice to me. When your hurt it's good to have someone fighting on your side.
