Takes a really long time to settle

Is there REALLY a Gilman & Bedigian? I never talked to them nd they been my accident lawyer since Nov. 17". Nd how am I taking home less than half of my settlement? Why am I paying my own medical bills out of my settlement? And the at fault party has taken full Liability!! How? Like someone else said, hell of a Commercial but lousy law firm. I will not recommend them for anything, as a matter of fact. It's my duty to warn Baltimore on fb, YouTube, their own site nd anyway possible from here on out. And the only return calls is when you are hiring them. When I call them it takes everything in me not to cuss them out.

Really missed the mark on these ["Heavy Hitters"]. My husband was in a horrific car accident, and based on the attorney's commercial claim ["What we know can get you more money than they're telling you about."] filed charges against the driver - 4 counts at $75,000 each. ["We can turn less into more."] At settlement conference, the attorney re-evaluated the case at $30,000. We've experienced many 'administrative' hiccups during this long 3-year process. In addition, they have been non responsive regarding lost wages. Still waiting. My husband suffered 3 direct impacts as a result of the accident and the FREE street lawyers (translation: family and friends who have been in car accidents) estimated $10k per impact and they were right!! 1/3 of aggravation + 1/3 delays + 1/3 disappointment = Total unhappiness.

I have been a client of Charles Gilman for 9 years. Mr. Gilman is a sympathetic man who cares about the well being of his clients. When you walk in the door he is always waiting for you to embrace your troubles with the respect and dedication that it deserves. You leave feeling hopeful that Mr. Gilman will take care of you like family. He acknowledges the pain and suffering that one will endure during a tragic and life changing event. The staff is always there to help and lend an ear to listen. Some may say not to trust attorney's because they are only out to get money. Well not Mr. Gilman, he is always up front and honest and cares more about his extended family than his own "profit". His legal assistant Sara Delman is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She too cares very deeply about every person that comes into the office. She takes you under her wing and makes sure you understand everything about your case, the office and Mr. Gilman's passion for resolving the issue at hand. With the recent passing of my mother Sara has taken time out of her busy day to console me and be my "big sister" when I needed someone to lean on. To this day I have an outstanding relationship with Mr. Gilman and Sara. I trust them without hesitation and I definitely would not go to another attorneys office when I know in my heart I will be taken care of by my extended family at Gilman and Bedigian.
