Warning ⚠️ These thieves will charge you more if you " have to go to court". I was charged 10% more because the lawyer on my case filled my name on a motion and SENT IT ELECTRONICALLY to the court. We never " WENT" to court. There was no reason to file in court but by filing a standard document I had to pay b and g what turned out to be $9000.00. Don't trust these slippery people.

I was treated with respect and kindness. My needs came first and someone was always available to take my call. The personal touch meant so much to me. Thank you all so much.

Gilman & Bedigian agreed to take on my personal injury car accident case when I was just two months from statute of limitations. My prior attorney hadn't done much to move the case along. If I hadn't switched, I wouldn't have been fairly compensated. This firm is organized, well staffed and did not once make me feel like a burden. Unfortunately, I am severely and permanently injured due to my 2019 car accident. If you're lucky enough to get Lauren as your attorney, you will feel well supported. Lauren is doing exactly what she should be doing in life. We are both petite women -- and it was truly a pleasure to see her in action. She doesn't back down. She makes you feel heard and seen. She also lets the other side know that she will only accept a fair outcome for her clients. No one wants to need the services of large firm such as this one, as it means you likely have serious injuries. But if you do, run -- don't walk -- to call this firm. I didn't know how injured I was at first and hired a small firm to represent me at first. A doctor raised a red flag about lack of movement on my accident case when I was nearly at statute of limitations because I have substantial future medical expenses. I am so grateful my doctor raised this concern, as that was my reason for switching to Gilman & Bedigan. As a result, I was as fairly compensated as possible for a facial scar and severe other injuries. I'd absolutely hire this firm again for a complex case, but I sure hope I never need their services again.
