My fiancé got into an accident a few months back. He was so worried about missing work from the pain. He ended up having to do multiple sessions of therapy. It was a terrible time for us both, and it affected his work performance. John was so helpful and prompt in his communication, professionalism, and promptness. We were able to settle out much sooner than expected and now my fiancé can get more therapy that he needs to continue working at a steady pace. This was actually the smoothest experience ever. John is really hands on. You don't talk to office staff all the time, you'll speak to John personally all throughout your case. He handled everything for me in a matter of 3 to 4 months tops, he was very straight forward and knowledgeable about auto cases.
