“The receptionist that answered my call was lacking soft phone skills. She wasn't warm nor welcoming especially when you are answering calls from potential clients who may be facing life's unfortunate events already.”

“I was hoping to have Kerri file contempt for me but I was told to save money by doing it myself or to wait until there is a custody dispute to bring up the contempt allegations. I tried filing contempt myself and was denied because my form did not have a purge order or an exact recommendation for the court to do to help with the contempt.”
