Attorney Richard Scott is not your typical attorney he cares about his clients. Mr. Scott spent close to a hour on the phone with no charge discussing a peace order we filed against a neighbor. He gave me great advice and was a complete gentlemen. If you need an attorney call him.

Stop Shopping around for legal help because Mr. Scott is your guy. Mr. Scott is one of the most well spoken lawyers ive had the pleasure of working with. He is extremely knowledgeable and he saved me from my own stupid actions. Traffic problems, Divorce, Gun problems If you're in MD you NEED Mr. Scott.

Richard was extremely helpful, I called him because I was not able to appear at my court date due to travel. He helped me make sure that if my motion to postpone was denied he would be able to represent me in absence. He would only have charged me if he had to represent me.
