Richard was extremely helpful, I called him because I was not able to appear at my court date due to travel. He helped me make sure that if my motion to postpone was denied he would be able to represent me in absence. He would only have charged me if he had to represent me.

I worked with Richard for a number of years and he has always been professional and a really nice guy. I needed some legal advice and he gave me a consultation at a reduced rate. When or if I do need legal help, I will reach out to him in the future.

teve Shepard is literally an angel on Earth. He’s experienced, poised, and intelligent. But what really makes him stand out is his empathetic nature. He heard my case and offered all of his expertise and wealth of knowledge without hesitation or payment. To me, that speaks volumes. Every other attorney I spoke with was cold and seemed uninterested. Bear in mind, I’m not from the Maryland area, and this was my first time dealing with something serious. Needless to say, it was nerve-racking and very stressful. Steve has such a warm and caring tone that it made me feel comfortable, and he was supportive from the very first phone call.
