Best attorney and legal advisor

Like many other 1099 Employees, circumstances and just plain Life had me trying to clean up 17 years worth of IRS issues. I received Mark's phone number from a friend and have never once regretted it. His expertise, paired with his ability to effectively explain the what and how of Offer In Compromise Settlements helped prepare me for the long, often slow process of Tax Burden Relief. Things to note: like the rest of the World, Covid has created challenges for every Sector of life pertaining to dealing with the IRS. Please pay close attention to the initial first (and second) Consultations. The IRS is short on Employees so correspondence will most likely be slower than One would like to think. Don't be afraid to take notes, and PLEASE remember that we are in the midst of a Global Pandemic and remember the hierarchy of Contact seeing as On Site Services and times are altered in lieu of Covid. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Kell from my initial consult. I needed guidance on a tax debt. He was clear on what our options were and what needed to be done to resolve the situation. Mr. Kell should be called the Miracle Worker. My husband withdrew over $400k from his retirement and did not pay enough tax. That year we owed over $50k when our income tax was complete. I panicked since I did not have $50k. Another lawyer friend recommended that I call Mr. Kell. (What a blessing this turned out to be.) I was lead by Mr. Kell through the entire process. It's ok no complaints

Mr. Kell did everything he promised to do for me. He explained the process for my offer in compromise in terms I could understand. He followed through on the entire process, which was lengthy and cumbersome. In the end he negotiated a settlement on my five figure debt for less than 10% of what I owed. I would highly recommend him to anyone with tax problems.

When Mark, takes on the IRS he wins. You can't ask any more from any attorney. He establishes the plan, then executes the design. In Towson Mark is the only attorney to see. Honest, fair and consistent.
