This dude is a loud mouth chuckle head who thinks being a loud bully is how you win cases.

After my DUI, I hired Gary. His guidance was perfect. I followed his instructions, and when we got to court he really showed his expertise. We got better results than we could have even hoped for. I highly recommend him to anyone with DUI or DWI.

I used Rebecca Fleming for a most recent case, and I have been working with her for five years now. Divorce is not easy, but when it comes to it, she has it in the best interest of the child, and no matter what the circumstance is when it comes down to it it’s about the child. I have seen her in court And she is extremely professional, very intelligent on point and one of the kindest women I’ve ever met (she listens to you ) but when you need somebody to fight for your children I would highly recommend her. In this position, no matter what it’s difficult for the mother or the father and you need somebody who is direct and knows what they’re doing. I cannot recommend her enough. Five years ago, I was given her contact name from a family member who knows Marilyn lawyers very well, and she was the first person that he said for me to call.

Mr. Bernstein just help get me through possibly one of the worst situations in my life. He took my legal case very personal and represented me to the fullest to make sure I was acquitted of all charges. I am very pleased with his hard work and he is worth more than his weight in gold. Gary is very professional, he will answer at all hours and give you advice on how you should act in and out of court. HIGHLY recommend! I got a DUI in Md and Gary did a great job for me. When i first met him he told me you need to do these prerequisites or I'm not taking your case no matter how much you pay me. That was kind of shocking cause the other lawyers i spoke to never mentioned those things and if i brought it up to them they said we can work with you not doing it. Being this was my first time in trouble with the law i was pretty scared. I would call Gary alot asking him stupid questions and he would always answer or call back right away to put me at ease. The verdict i got was alot better then i thought i would get. Even to this day my family members and friends are all shocked in a good way. If you need a lawyer that cares about you and getting you the best verdict there is no one is better then Gary.

While I met Gary in very unfortunate circumstances, I’m very glad I did. From the initial phone call, I knew I wanted him to be my lawyer. I was facing 25 years in prison because I am a felon, and it doesn't take much to be one. The state offered only 5 years which I thought was still ludicrous. I was scared!!! Mr Bernstein got me 18 months probation prior to trial and called me afterward and talked for 45 minutes to see how I was doing.
