SOMETHING WEIRD HERE 🧐.. Upon calling for a consultation, I was told to forward ALL my paperwork. Over 300 pieces of communication!!!! I questioned why to Debbie the receptionist, her only explanation was that they NEED it to decipher the specifics. Ok... I was game. After leaving an entire file at the front desk, 3 days later, I had to call to ask the final decision to take my case, strong and weak points of my case, etc..... Debbie stuttered out a, " NO".. When I asked to talk with the actual attorney that decided this, He sent me a generalized email about thanks for considering us. No explanation was ever given despite my detailed questions. Sometimes professionalism just misses the boat, the Captain and the entire crew. Why ask for potential clients communications and evidence BEFORE you decide to take the case? Usually, a competent firm can decipher a case without scrambling thru all of your notes. It appears these guys may sell information or trade favors to opposing counsel. My advice is take your case elsewhere . it's NOT worth the risk. Cue in the response from the firm regarding the illegality of selling information blah blah blah.... Save it, they don't call some attorneys snakes in suits for no reason . If it walks like a duck.... Quack quack...... NOT IMPRESSED ... DO BETTER!

I had an issue with a dealership and didn't know which direction to go, after I seen that the dealership wasn't very interested in hearing me out. I did a Google search for attorneys and found Whitney LLP and that's when the magic started. Dan Jr. and his team reviewed the case and took it,found that the dealer was deceptive in their practices. The entire team was professional and courteous. Mr . Whitney is compassionate and he is one who is willing to listen to you and address your needs and concerns as the case progresses.
