The staff that I worked with were very professional and did a great job assisting me with my estate matters. The retainer requested was more than was originally quoted but other than that, I was overall very satisfied with the work they did for me and would recommend them to others.

Alex Hassani, a founding member of the firm, visited my for sale home as a prospective buyer and during the showing a sentimental item valued under $100 was accidentally broken. He, at the time, offered to ‘take care of it’ with my realtor. Weeks later, I received a check for a quarter of the provided replacement value and a full page arrogant letter justifying the partial payment saying it was ‘full accord and satisfaction’. Think about the character of a person like that.

The firm handled the estate issues I faced when my wife died last year. They were all professional and addressed all of the issues in a timely fashion. Their rates are fair and there were no surprises. I can highly recommend Hassani, Focas & Fifer for any estate issue.

I contacted HF&F PA when I was given a link to their EZ Estate Plan. We just needed Powers of Attorney, Medical Directives and a Will that would state the basics. The EZ Plan was PERFECT. I have started a Will and POA's online before (on websites like legal zoom) but I never felt comfortable hitting the save button. I am not a lawyer. It made me so nervous to make my own legal doc and have it in force. I was also hesitant to contact a law firm to do it b/c I figured it will be thousands of dollars. The EZ Plan lets you speak to a local attorney, tell them exactly what you want, and they draw up the docs. It can be done mostly over the phone with the attorneys, than you go in and sign the documents. VERY reasonable pricing, and made me feel so much better than doing it alone!! Would recommend to all my friends.
