David handled my divorce and the custody battles I was associated with. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. He kept me informed of the status of my cases and was very honest. He always told me how it was without sugar coating the truth. He also told me what I needed to do every step of the way to win my cases. I felt confident and prepared entering court with him as my attorney. He was very supportive through everything and honestly cared about the outcome of my cases. David also handled a settlement for a car accident I was involved in. He charged me fairly and worked to get me the highest amount possible from the insurance company. I didn't have to do anything for the settlement, because he took care of everything for me. I never would have received the amount I did if I had tried to battle the insurance company on my own. David is an excellent attorney and has a lot of experience. He also has several attorneys he can discuss cases with for additional input. The firm has a ton of experience. He is professional and works quickly. I would strongly recommend him for any legal issues.

When I was looking for lawyers for my custody case, I had interviewed with Mr. Preller III and during the interview he seemed very knowledgeable and passionate of his career. With all the other lawyers I had spoken to my gut feeling told me to go with Mr. Preller III and it proven to had been right. Mr. Preller III was very straight forward,honest, funny,extremely hardworking, and dedicated to my case.Mr. Preller III would call me back in a reasonable amount of time.Throughout my case he explained everything to me in great detail and if I'd called with questions pertaining to my case I wou get a call back within a reasonable amount of time. I learned about David through a close friend who had great things to say about him, and I took a leap of faith and chose him to handle my separation agreement/divorce.
