My wife and I retained this firm for our case. Initially we were taken aback by the large retainer fee, but we figured “oh well, should be a simple case”. Let me state as far as the law goes they know what they are doing however, there were a few areas that were very displeasing to us. 1: They will nickel and dime you for everything. On multiple occasions they were charging us about $35 dollars for each 1 sentence email. They were charging us 6 minutes per email even if it was one sentence long. When I called them out on this erroneous overcharge, I was met with complete silence. They didn’t even have the courtesy to email me back. 2. They strung out our case as they collected more money from us. The result that ultimately came in our case could have been wrapped up in a week. Instead they took our money for months. 3: When returning my remaining retainer, they only allow the money to be returned to the card you paid with. I paid with a credit card and requested they just write me a check since I wanted to deposit the money back into my checking account. I did not want to have a large credit on my credit card. They refused. Again, I think they have fine lawyers at this firm who do an ok job. However this firm lacks integrity, courtesy, and customer service.

Staff are professional, and courteous. I was kept abreast of all changes in my case. Worked until thr last moment to get thr best settlement possible.

Biggest extra...if they don't know something, they research for the answer and if their practice doesn't handle an aspect of your case ... they refer you to an expert, that will work with this firm. Very pleased. I have Reccommended these guys to others ... all still my friends. Lol
