Instead of brushing off a harmless comment comparing them to “Miss Piggy and Kermit,” on their Tik Tok Page they let their insecurities take control. But instead of moving on, they decided to retaliate, using their legal platform as a weapon. John Turnbull even threatened the small business behind the comment, saying, “You’re putting your small business at risk.” Adele Brockmeyer took it a step further, rallying their followers by saying, “Hope this teaches you a lesson. Make them famous.” And that’s exactly what happened—an online mob of 146,000 followers was unleashed upon this small business. The relentless harassment forced the business to shut down completely. They had to delete their TikTok, Instagram, and website just to escape the wave of attacks set in motion by these two attorneys. Rather than upholding the values of professionalism, fairness, and integrity, John and Adele chose to bully and destroy. Lawyers are entrusted with power and influence, but these two used theirs to devastate a small business within their own state. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, unethical, and an affront to everything the legal profession stands for. Behavior like this demands accountability—this is not the kind of leadership or professionalism anyone should support.

This is not the behavior of professionals—it's bullying. I would never trust a law firm that wields its power to harm others instead of helping them. A formal complaint will be filed!

I’m appalled by the behavior of Turnbull Brockmeyer Law Group. In October, the attorneys posted a TikTok video publicly shaming someone over a harmless comment about their appearance. Instead of responding professionally, they weaponized their 149,000 followers, encouraging them to "Make Them Famous." This led to targeted harassment, forcing the commenter to delete their business TikTok account, Instagram business account and website. This conduct is unethical, unprofessional, and a gross abuse of power. Attorneys should uphold integrity, not incite online mobs for personal gratification. I would never trust a firm that behaves this way. Formal complete to the bar has been issued along with the original video and screenshots of everything.

They are great at keeping everyone notified of incidents going on in the area. They are so entertaining!

I haven't had to personally use Turnbull Brockmeyer, but they're very knowledgeable about the law and share that knowledge with their followers on social media. They seem down to earth, and easy to talk to. They also keep the community informed on social media when bad things are happening.
