She is very straight forward, and was always available by text or e mail, and was very responsive to phone calls. This was very helpful as a client especially when I was nervous or upset about issues with my case. She was also very aware of the fact that I was working during the day, and gave many options to meet or go over important issues when it was best for me. Her office is very convenient to reach and parking is readily available. My case has been settled, and I was happy with the outcome.

Called this lawyer for assistance in a case, in the middle of me explaining my case to her she cut me off and basically told me to cut my story short, I just hung up on her. she ended up sending me an email assuming that the call was disconnected but I had actually just hung up the phone. No point in wasting either one of our time, I make good money but Ill never pay for poor customer service. She needs to take a class on people skills, Im sure she loses out on alot of business because of this.
