Ms. Cahill, was very upfront about not wanting to take my case. This is much more upstanding than other law firms, who ghost you, by saying, they'll call you on so and so day or 'next week'. Saves everyone's time. Otherwise I agree with these negative reviews, classifying her dismissive; and should better let an individual express themselves.

Finding “The Law Office of Kathleen Cahill” in the Yellow Pages over 10 years ago marked one of the most important and rewarding milestones of my life. After enduring months of sexual-harassment and employee discrimination, Kathleen was determined to seek justice when I thought Justice failed me. I was on the brink of losing my job due to profound emotional distress, and fear of my harassers. The workplace mistreatment I endured spilled over into my personal life! I could barely sleep, manage my normal activities, or speak without expressions of sorrow. Kathleen was responsive, decisive, and advised me appropriately to maintain good standing with my employer amid false allegations. She successfully defended me from an unjust accusation by using her legal prowess to be tough on the establishment seeking to destroy my reputation without properly investigating. Kathleen focused on facts and used the law to hold these so called decision makers accountable for reacting unlawfully and forced them to retract an unlawful termination simultaneously recouping lost wages. She was transparent about billing and because she was very efficient determining strategy and communicating she was very affordable. My experience with Ms Cahill is very similar to the many negative reviews here. Ms Cahill is tone deaf, dismissive, doesn’t listen and thinks she has all the answers. Ms Cahill: become self aware of how you are coming across to your clients. There’s a reason why your reviews are barely above the ratings for Comcast. Hopefully one day you will wake up and realize that your approach is off putting.

Very hard working and very professional. Handled all the hard stuff that I didn't understand, which was most of it, but she explained everything easily. Communicates very well and replied to every question very promptly during office hours or not. Dealing with a lawsuit is one of the most stressful things you can go through, but hiring Kathleen was the best decision I could have made. I felt better knowing that I had her in my corner. Throughout the entire process, I encountered many attorneys who confided in me that I hired the best possible attorney for my case. She was tough when she needed to be but was also incredibly compassionate. I would refer friends and family to her without hesitation, and although I hope I never need her services again, if I ever did she would be the first I would call!

Called her office about a matter, she ask me what's the concern, when speaking to her she interrupted me while I was speaking and said I cant help you. DID NOT HEAR OR LISTEN TO THE STORY BEFORE SHE SAID I CANT HELP YOU.. RUDE.. DONT CALL THIS OFFICE.
