Kathleen Cahill, JD is a brilliant, very experienced, passionate and dedicated labor attorney who I highly recommend to any client needing support for any legal labor matters. She has an impressive fund of current knowledge surrounding all Maryland labor law and is an absolutely impressive advocate. I have worked with her for 4 years and rely on her for all labor/ employment related concerns I have. I cannot say enough positive things about her. I always trust her expertise and guidance and have recommended several clients to her and will continue to do so. Her dedication to ensuring that her clients receive what is fair and equitable under the law is refreshing. Her commitment to her clients is rare. I truly admire her for her integrity, fairness, transparency and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the best outcomes possible for her clients. She has always impressed with her ability to provide the best clarity surrounding complex labor law and contracts. Again I highly recommend her to anyone needing legal counsel or representation surrounding labor law. If I could give her 10 stars I would :-)

i wouldn't recommend her. i reach out about hiring her she replied with "i cannot offer to assist you with your matter. I cannot see what meaningful help I could lend under these circumstances" an it was a basic WRONGFUL TERMINATION CASE. which is her thing. didn't wanna help other then giving me a 1 800 number

I went through a few lawyers who gave me questionable advices before I came across Kathleen. First of all, she's working directly on my case, not other junior assistants. Second, Kathleen is not only very experienced and knowledgeable about the law, but most importantly, she's consultative and able to advice each step along the way. What's the strategy? What to say/do in what situation? You simply do not get this level of attention and support in other places.

Had a good case but that went south.

Kathleen made things easy—she responded super fast to my first inquiry and referred me to a great lawyer who specializes in contracts for healthcare practices, she responded promptly to my second inquiry and we set up a brief phone call to discuss details, she called right on the dot for our set time, explained things well, and advised me regarding how to proceed in a way that gave me peace of mind. Both times I consulted her, she ended with, “I’ll be here if anything changes.” She’s very competent, professional, personable, relatable, and straightforward.

Horrible. First impressions are everything. Rushed me to "hurry up and explain the problem" didn't listen or care. No help whatsoever. Thankfully another attorney had the time to listen and can actually help!

Well, I wish I read the ratings before I reached out because I experienced the same. She was rude, cut me off while I was speaking without even listening to the story. Funny how other lawyers are willing to help since they actually heard me but she actually told me to go & request a resolution for the issue myself…..That defeats the purpose of hiring an attorney. Too bad, I have a case & if you would’ve listened to me. Edit after your comment You probably don’t have any record because you were SOOO dismissive in helping me. It’s ok I was willing to pay a lawyer to help me (hence contacting you) I got one from legal aid instead who’s actually helping me.
