Not very happy with the advice given to me for my custody and contempt case. I was hoping to have Kerri file contempt for me but I was told to save money by doing it myself or to wait until there is a custody dispute to bring up the contempt allegations. I tried filing contempt myself and was denied because my form did not have a purge order or an exact recommendation for the court to do to help with the contempt. Basically I should have put that I was asking for jail time or a money fine and I did ask the judge to fine her and give her a warning but I was denied. I spent $300 to Kerri and could really use that money somewhere else. She was very alert, professional, and listening but I think she gave me the wrong advice not to go with a lawyer for my particular scenario.

Through a Google look up I found Mr. Kevin Carr. His page said he was available 24 hours and at 8pm on a Sunday night when I called his number he answerd. From then I knew I would hire him to represent me. Kevin has represented me for the last year (due to multiple postponements) and he was the best lawyer for my case.
