Mr, Politzer is a wonderful lawyer, He prove to me that the pen is mightier than the sword. My case was somewhat complicated and complex due to my wording of the contract that I had with my tenants that were renting/buying my house. My tenants were in arrears on their rent and refused to pay or move out.; my contract stated they had 90 days to move out and Mr. Politzer had them out in less than two weeks and I reclaimed my house. I was truely amazed at how quickly Mr Politzer handled my case, it could have dragged out all summer costing me a lot of time and money and aggravation had I taken the traditional route of going to rent court possibly many times to get resolution. I cannot thank Mr. Politzer enough. I would definatly recomend him for any Real estate problem that anyone would have and I would certainly obtain his service again; He is thoughtful and preceise in his words and action and he will make sure you fully understand everything that is taking place. he is very easy to talk and listens to your every word.
