Shimon was an excellent attorney for me. He’s very professional and in my opinion was worth every penny. I was facing some serious charges and from his excellent defense I got a much better deal than what I was expecting. Everyone else I talked to when looking for an attorney I got secretaries and voice mail boxes. With Shimon Kafka he answered immediately himself and then called me back the next day on a Saturday, himself, and began going over my case details even though I hadn’t even hired him yet at that point. I highly recommend going with him.

Mr. Shimon Kafka, Esq. is a consummate professional. His skill set was necessary to address an accused Felony and Misdemeanor charge. Mr. Kafka was able to assist in having my case reduced to a single misdemeanor at pre-trial……and his negotiations with the District Attorney lead to the Judge rendering a “Not-Guilty” verdict on that misdemeanor for the “WIN”. The term “Outstanding” does not fully describe Shimon’s determination to get great results. Furthermore, the request to have the charges expunged from my record were submitted before he even left the court house that same day of the post trial.
