I found Robert here on Avvo and hired him to help with my unique appeal. I had won in Circuit Court with the help of another attorney, but the opposing party disagreed and filed an appeal. Robert dived into the case law surrounding my issue and familiarized himself with it. We had to appear in person at the Court of Special Appeals and Robert did an excellent job at presenting our argument and won our case. The opposing party then appealed to the Court of Appeals, but Robert's continued argument ended with the Court of Appeals dismissing the case, upholding our winning status.
