Unwillingness to take on certain cases without a large upfront retainer
“I was told to forward ALL my paperwork. Over 300 pieces of communication!!!! I questioned why to Debbie the receptionist, her only explanation was that they NEED it to decipher the specifics. After leaving an entire file at the front desk, 3 days later, I had to call to ask the final decision to take my case, strong and weak points of my case, etc..... Debbie stuttered out a, 'NO'.”
