From the minute I walked into his tiny, dirty, cluttered, unorganized office to the minute I fired him, was just as stressful as the divorce itself. First, he started by having absolutely no interest in hearing about the details of my case whatsoever. Second, he didn't answer his email, office phone, cell phone or even text messages for days and WEEKS on end. Even asking a simple question was impossible for 2 WEEKS and all he said in response was "I don't know, I was sick for the last 2 days". What about the other 12 days of the past 2 weeks? Third, even though I was a ON TIME PAYING CUSTOMER, he straight up REFUSED to file specific paperwork by certain deadlines which of course ended up costing me more on multiple ends. Once I FINALLY got a hold of him, in a very mocking and condescending tone, he proceeded to not only insult me and call me a liar, but he also insulted my family. If he doesn't ignore you and push you aside, he will verbally attack you until you end up firing him so that he doesn't have to do the work in your case but still ends up taking your money without a refund or care whatsoever when your already dealing with probably the most stressful event in your life. Before I wrote this extremely accurate review, I found a weirdly similar review on Facebook from a middle aged woman that I have never met but described ALL THE SAME THINGS. He writes on his home page that he was divorced years ago; I wish I knew that previously because I don't want my lawyer to be bitter every time he walks into a court room because of his own experiences which is the overall vibe I got from him. Finally, he brings up his own life while talking about YOUR case. In my opinion, he looks at his clientele as a burden like a child asks "Do I have to?"

Tom Mallon is a sorry lawyer who took my case and failed to prepare for it. I only talked to him for the first time on the day we went to court during recess. If the judge would have called our case first we would’ve had no interaction at all before the actual trial. Needless to say I lost my custody case even though I had evidence that my daughter’s mother wasn’t the best parent, and the fact that my daughter was living with me. To add salt to the wound Mr. Mallon sent me an outrageous bill charging me for services he never rendered. I wouldn’t recommend Mr. Mallon for anyone that wants to win their case.

Tom is very professional in his conduct and knows exactly what it takes to put forth facts on the table. I have found him strategic in his moves and seen him putting his client’s interest on forefront. He represented me in my employment contract related case very well and I highly recommend him for any employment related matters.

we hired Tom for contractual case and he defended the case very well. The way he handle the case was remarkable. He was able to settle our case and get back our salary. I would definitely recommend him for employment contractual case.

Hey Guys, to whoever reads this message, I want to give you actionable insight to why you should use Tom. A lot of people make the mistake of allowing random "he was great, responsive, blah blah" junk to sway their opinions without even getting any kinds of real world examples to the important questions like...
Why should I use you instead of joe schmoe?
Why do I even need a lawyer? can't I do this myself?
Where do most clients fail to help their attorney's?
How do I know I am being realistic?
My situation was pretty intense. I was married, it sucked, I am out (the details are not important). The issue that I was having is that I thought I was smart enough to handle the divorce myself. I have been running my own companies since I was 19, and I thought I could sell a judge on my point with ease.
Unfortunately, my story was flippin nuts that I just made myself look like a crazy guy in my own writing. Not good...
After about 6 months of banging my had against the wall, getting motions stricken (taken off the record, also could be called a "Stupid Tax") I finally decided to get representation. I ended up in Tom's office and I explained the complex divorce case (included things like conspiracy and abuse) while he carefully listened and asked questions. "What outcome do you want?" "Why do you want this?" "Why is this in the best interest of your child" and other probing questions were used to get the best out of me.
Out of the lawyers I spoke to, Tom was the guy that truly wanted the best for what the situation provided. After 6 months of making an @** of myself, Tom brought the case to a settlement in like 6 weeks. I got a fair deal, and my daughter is better because of it.
What I also appreciate about tom is the fact that his CELL PHONE is on his business card. This is a HUGE DEAL because all of the problems while going through my divorce happened after work. This will most likely be the same for you.
If you want someone who will tell you the truth (even if it hurts), be available to talk to you during emergencies, and be able to cut through the BS to get a good deal, call Tom.

Tom Mallon obtained a divorce for me. The divorce was very difficult and involved custody, child support, real estate and personal property. Mr. Mallon was very diligent getting all the details of my former spouse's property. Mr. Mallon discovered that my husband owned numerous antique cars, motorcycles, and boats which I was unaware of. He was very professional and kind. He always explained all the ramifications of the case to me. Most importantly he always returned my phone calls; even after hours and on weekends. Of all the other attorneys I've had, Mr. Mallon was by far, the best!

Mr Mallon handled my expungement case. Years ago when I was barely an adult I pled guilty to a minor infraction involving alcohol on Federal lands. My friends and I were drinking and drunk in a National Park where alcohol use was prohibited. I did not realize that my plea meant I was agreeing that I had been drinking and driving on a public roadway. Several years later a background check revealed this to a potential employer. After contacting Mr Mallon he was able to handle an expungement of my guilty plea and my PBJ conviction in Federal Dist Ct. It was pain free with only a minor amount of personal involvement. Now my record is clear of this incident.
