Thomas is someone you can trust with your life's situation.

I NEVER write reviews! But this guy was totally rude to me after I confronted him about not showing for me on my court date. After speaking with him several times over the course of two weeks, Mr. Mallon's explanation for not coming was he didn't understand what I needed. So I asked him., " well why didn't you just call me?" He could not come up with a logical explanation so he became very rude and hung up the phone on me after I attempted to express my frustration. Totally unprofessional. He is definitely the epitome of self misrepresentation. He would have most certainly received NO stars at all if that were possible.

Mr Mallon gave great advice and explained everything in detail to make sure we were on the same page. He answered all questions and returned phone calls very quickly

I hired Mr. Mallon about a year ago, along with his advice and previous knowledge reguarding my case type he has given the best experience with any lawyer I have ever had and for that I would like to thank him for greatly it is most appreciated. Also not to mention, no matter what time late at night or early in the morning even on weekends he always answers his phone and is there for you when it is most needed, he has always been on promptly on time to every meeting and or hearing. Very direct and straight forward. Adjusts his office hours to meet your needs. Always returns his phone calls within the same business day, but normally picks the phone up right away! He has helped me through some legal issues and was never worried with him as my lawyer!

Hey Guys, to whoever reads this message, I want to give you actionable insight to why you should use Tom. A lot of people make the mistake of allowing random "he was great, responsive, blah blah" junk to sway their opinions without even getting any kinds of real world examples to the important questions like... Why should I use you instead of joe schmoe? Why do I even need a lawyer? can't I do this myself? Where do most clients fail to help their attorney's? How do I know I am being realistic? My situation was pretty intense. I was married, it sucked, I am out (the details are not important). The issue that I had is that I thought I was smart enough to handle the divorce myself. I have been running my own companies since I was 19, and I thought I could sell a judge on my point with ease. Unfortunately, my story was so flippin' nuts that I just made myself look like a crazy guy in my own writing. Not good... After about 6 months of banging my had against the wall, getting motions stricken (taken off the record, also could be called a "Stupid Tax") I finally decided to get representation. I ended up in Tom's office and I explained the complex divorce case (included things like conspiracy and abuse) while he carefully listened and asked questions. "What outcome do you want?" "Why do you want this?" "Why is this in the best interest of your child" and other probing questions were used to get the best out of me. Out of the lawyers I spoke to, Tom was the guy that truly wanted the best for what the situation provided. After 6 months of making an @$$ of myself, Tom brought the case to a settlement in like 6 weeks. I got a fair deal, and my daughter is better because of it. What I also appreciate about tom is the fact that his CELL PHONE is on his business card. This is a HUGE DEAL because all of the problems while going through my divorce happened after work. This will most likely be the same for you. If you want someone who will tell you the truth (even if it hurts), be available to talk to you during emergencies, and be able to cut through the BS to get a good deal, call Tom.
