Great team & excellent personal service. You will pay a considerable fee to establish a living trust, but in the process, you will have hired Stouffer to be your legal counsel on estate matters, with no obligation to pay additional fees for follow up service. The biggest problem we are facing, after establishing our trust, is finding a bank where there's someone who understands how to establish a checking account in the name of a family trust we've tried two places, at each of which the "banker" seems to have no idea how to proceed. Stouffer is now in the process of helping us find a bank where the people know what to do, and will treat us and our money as if it matters. I recommend Stouffer without reservation. The rest of the banking world needs improvement in their customer service.

The Team at Stouffer Legal did an excellent job with our estate planning. We put this important task off for way too long because we thought it would be time consuming, expensive and overwhelming. Nothing could be further from the truth! The team was respectful with our time and every meeting, either Zoom or in person, had a focused agenda with plenty of time to ask questions. They were efficient, thorough and really set out minds at ease. It feels great to know our assets are protected and that our wishes will be carried out once we are gone.
