My case has been a very long process due in part to an auto accident while at work so, I had the therapy and worker's comp issues, in addition to the accident itself. Add to that the negative impact of the pandemic and, well, there was alot put on everybody. I don't know that I could've found a more competent team (especially one that didn't ask for a single red cent up front!). They answered my calls and emails or got back to me quickly, they fielded my questions and concerns, and explained to me the process that I was very unfamiliar with. There were hiccups on both ends, mine, and the firm but. There were some personnel changes and other things that were beyond my control but ultimately, what has happened is what was explained to me early on. That they kept their word is priceless to a client like myself. My attorney had experienced some personal health issues at one point but another partner and the paralegal really stepped into the gap to reassure me. My confidence reestablished, we were able to push through and come to a settlement agreement that left me covered for future medical (which was a great concern for myself and my family).
