I had the pleasure of having Austen Cohen represent me. From the first time engaging with Austen, he took the time to explain to me the process and whether it was worth pursuing. I could tell that Austen cares tremendously about each client he represents and that I was not just another case on his books. This message is for Mr.Rouhana how do you leave me hanging on my case for almost going on 3 years and you don't notify me that your switching LAWYERS on me .I didn't get an Email or phone call or anything that your not representing anymore with my accident case very freaking Unprofessional dude. Wow😞Then this new Lawyer asking me what part of my body did I hurt during the accident ...really !!!! doesn't he know already cause he should have my accident report in front of him to see what body parts on me were injured 😞
