Mr. Gunkel and his sidekick/wife are THE worst legal representation imaginable. He is disorganized, and in court he does not represent his client well. Despite whatever you may discuss with him, he will just quickly agree with whatever the other attorney suggests. Do yourself a favor, RUN. You can do a better job representing yourself.
