Ned wasn’t bad. He cared I could tell. Kathleen didn’t. I paid over 20,000 in less than 6 months. Our court date came and I had no attorney to stand by my side. I was told I had a balance of another $4000. This was days before our hearing. Take that for what’s it worth. Don’t come here.

Ned is the absolute best!! He's been representing me for over a year now and I cannot say enough nice things about him. He is aggresive (towards the opposing party, obviously), he is kind to his clients, he is EXTREMELY responsive, punctual, and most importantly he actually cares about his clients and his work. Family law involves A LOT of emotions, so it's important to have an attorney who cares. He made me feel as though he actually cared about myself and my child. I did a lot of research on other attorneys before choosing Ned. Every other attorney just seemed like they only cared about my money. Ned was the ONLY one who NEVER, EVER made me feel that way. Ned has been my lawyer in my child custody case for over 2 years, after dealing with another firm and a very incompetent lawyer , i was lucky enough to find Ned. He is extremely knowledgeable with the law, extremely competent, and most importantly very compassionate, returns phone calls very promptly, and handles every situation with the utmost care and attention. I was incredibly lucky to accidently end up with Ned Richardson to help me along with my divorce/custody case. I don't believe there's anybody else that has the heart he has for his work and his clients. I hope I won't need him again, but if I do, there's no question on who I would call. I wish I had better things to say. Kathleen came across as cold and uncaring from day one. Ned was forced to drop me because I had a balance due of roughly 8k after already paying thousands of dollars. I ended up without representation at my court date. Now, I'm being sued by Kathleen. Not only for the 8k I couldn't afford to pay anymore, but now for just over 19 thousand dollars. After divorce, losing my home, losing time with my children, etc. She is now trying to get nearly 20K from a client she left stranded. Who is already dealing with so much financial stress because of the divorce. I truly hope Ned leaves her law group and goes on his own or with a group that isn't heartless and greedy. Kathleen is a terrible person and doesn't deserve a dime from anyone.
