“My fiancé filed for a chapter 7 bankruptcy with Mr.Graffton over a year ago only to still receive threatening letter from company's that his wages would be garnished. Today he called and was notified that Graffton firm did not make the company aware of his bankruptcy. This is unacceptable.”

“Very dissatisfied with the distasteful "sales" tactics if you aren't ready to retain them on the day of your consultation they will hit you with a "one-time offer" tactic! I did not appreciate him being misleading about what the full cost of filing chapter 13 would entail going from 500-6000 I do understand cost is associated with everything but for him to say "I thought you knew about the fee" when I caught him being dishonest was extremely frustrating for me!”
