The attorney thought everything was a joke while working my case. Very unprofessional, the backend staff is professional but not the attorney.

I called to start bankruptcy case they didn’t hesitate to take my money. I didn’t sign anything now they wanna bring up policy when I asked for a refund. I file myself before I let them get over on me when I desperately need help

Update: It's sad that you don't accept accountability. If I upload my proof you'd be embarrassed. Just simply do better PLEASE & THANK YOU. Unfortunately, they don't understand that poor communication, lack of transparency, & wrong information effects their clients' ability to trust them & in general. Very difficult to get necessary requests fulfilled. Been with them for 2 yrs & they've done nothing to improve so we're just looking forward to this whole experience being over. Would upload photos but personal info would be exposed.

My fiancé and I called them to file for emergency bankruptcy/ same day filing, which they offer on their website. Said we would have to set up and appointment for 10 days later. Why offer a service if you do not provide it.

Highly highly recommend The William Grafton firm if you want to file for bankruptcy or get out of debt. Every step of the way Mr Grafton and his team were professional and steadfast on helping me with any concerns i may had. They gave step by step instructions and insight on whats expected to file ,what documents you need to provide etc. And there very personable (which i liked) This firm will get you on the road to recovery with your finances. Will and Kelly are awesome. I know many bankruptcy attorneys but when I have a client in Maryland I only send them to the Grafton’s. They care and they get the job done.
