In the middle of a case involving a family member I have communicated several times via email and telephone with Ron Earnest and have found him extraordinary in his grasp of the legal system. Also he has been highly skilled in his communication with another family member. My guess is that the person who gave Ron Earnest the lowest rating (while I vould be empathetic with him regarding his pain) did this because Ron lost his case. But, let's get real - there would be nobody in the prisons if lawyers never lost a case. I hope that this overly negative review will be retracted. It is vital that the most competent attorneys be encouraged in their difficult work.

This is the worst attorney I wish I could rate him a 0. Do not hire him does not know what he's doing can't defend you in court. DO NOT HIRE
