A very close friend of mine was arrested over the holiday season. There was a great deal of red tape surrounding the case, because it involved two different states, which added complexity and confusion. I don't have any experience with criminal law and had no idea what to do. John Pikulski beat a case that seemed impossible to beat to me. As impossible as this case seemed, John Pikulski gave it his all during the motion and beat the case with the motion. He argued aggressively. Even after the case was over he still helped me get my property back from the police.
