If I could give this firm a 10 star rating I would. When you walk in everyone is so friendly and they make you feel so comfortable. I met with the paralegal today about my accident case and she was so helpful and made me feel so relieved. I’m so confident in this firm. First impression is everything. I’m so glad I retained this firm today.

Okay, I'm leaving my review as of today Friday, March 29th, 2019 4:05 pm. I tried to reach someone from this office to discuss my case but instead I was hung up on repeatedly. I am an understanding person and if there was an issue with your phone lines then I would hope that it would be fixed soon seeing as this company has a five star rating. Edit: No one ever explained to me or replied to my comment about your issue with your phone lines so please save your excuses for your future clients. Thanks and goodbye!

Mr Castro is an Ace at his job and is truly there to help his clients. Even though people make mistakes our local law enforcement agencies are more concerned with ruining a working person's life with pointless tickets to include fines and points and even attempt to take your license and ruin your ability to work. Now we all know or we used to all know and Mr Castro did the police have forgot that their job is to protect and serve not ruin people's life as they make an honest minor traffic mistake. Thank goodness for attorney's who understand and are willing to stand up and help working people keep their privilege to drive. Thank you for being as knowledgable as you are and maybe one day hopefully our local law enforcement agencies will remember they are paid by the taxes of the working people and their purpose is to protect and serve the public not harass them

The Law Office of Robert Castro handled my auto accident case for me. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I knew this office was going to be great. I came in met with Lauren (who is AMAZING by the way). My case went smooth and the secretary/attorneys always contacted me. I never had to call the office. I would recommend this firm to EVERYONE!

After speaking with Ms. Jean about my accident case, she explained to me that my case was never ignored and I realized I completely misunderstood what she was explaining to me at that time. Ms. Jean definitely makes me feel like my case is being handled in a professional manner. She is the only person that actually made me feel like my case was important.

I will give you this advice. Don't stress , just let Fred handle it!! I couldn't have walked away from this experience happier. He has my highest recommendation and confidence.

I met Lauren with my Husband, regarding our car accident with our son, She is amazing, the only thing I would say I have concern is understanding if there's an update about our case, I dont expect someone will call me every week to keep us posted but hoping for someone to at least call, Like this is what we need or waiting on. I have to call the office few times and speak with Allison who handles to collect our documents( I guess). In the beginning, I have to talk Lauren to get an update who by the way answers my phone call all the time, but overall this rating is for Lauren White.

I knew I wasn’t the only client but they made me feel like I was. I have been using Mr.Castro since he first started his law firm and have had great success. I highly recommend this law group for all of your law needs!
