I was hit by a car on my bicycle by someone who made a right turn at a light. I had a bad concussion and did not get the person's information. I filed a police report that went no where. Mr Berman not only found me a great neurologist, he the individual and negotiated a settlement of around 21k. I would have been totally at a loss without his work.

My 10 yo daughter was chased by my neighbors Rottweiler. The dog chased her and horrified she did what most kids do-run to mom. When she did she ran me over and knocked me under my van tearing my rotator cuff and severing my Achilles. My neighbors laughed, said it wasn’t their fault, and that my daughter should not have ran. My wife was seriously injured in an accident in late 2014. The first three years were very quiet as the case continued through the process, which was frustrating for us, but as we found out, that is the norm. After that, it picked up a lot of speed and the result was very good for us. Michael Schreyer was a delight to work with and helped us understand the process of the back and forth with their insurance company and into the pre-trial proceedings. We have a lot of confidence and trust in Mr. Schreyer and are very glad we went with his firm, and would do it again. Our case settled out of court in 2018. As a victim, be patient and learn the process.
